Eggum Gard in Borgund is an old traditional farm with buildings from 1674 and cabins from 1929 that have been renovated to today's standard.

Eggum Gard dates back to 1674 and has long traditions in hospitality.

We offer 3 charming, unusual cabins that- though recently renovated- are lovingly kept in 1920s style and 1 newly built cabins.

Our cabins are secludedly situated on a slope behind the Farm and offer a lovely view. They are all of high standard and have bathrooms and separate bedrooms, all fully equipped.

It is important for us to keep up with old traditions and give our guests a peaceful and pleasant stay. We have our own museum and a play-ground for small children. We offer bicycles for rent and trout-fishing.

Eggum Farm is centrally situated for day-trips to the fjords and the glacier and for mountain hikes. 35 km from Lærdal centre, 4 km north of Borgund Stavechurch. Short distance (400 m) to grocery-store and pub.
