Eidskog Church

Wooden cruciform church from 1665. The soapstone baptismal font dates back to the 1100s, and the beautifully carved altarpiece is from around 1660. Inside the church you'll find an exhibition of excavation finds, which shows that there has been a church on this site from as early as the 1100s.
