Guided riverboat safari to Mollisfossen
A trip to the waterfall, Mollisfossen, starts at the end of the road (see map). Travelling by riverboat through Reisa National Park with its lush nature and abundant life. We will make a stop at Sieima and look at the 3000 years old rock paintings, and maybe you will see traces of the olden days. We will continue with the riverboat to Mollisfossen, here we will spend 30-45 minutes. A nice bonfire place with possibilities for barbecue, and a shelter if you would like to rest under a roof. There is plenty of space for children to play.
From the bonfire place, a path leads up to the waterfall, and it is about a 5 minute walk there. At the waterfall you can feel the waterdamp and wind from the waterfall, and maybe you will get to see the rainbow which often is visible by the waterfall.
The trip back to the startingpoint is about 1 hour, depending on the waterlevel.
The trip includes:
- Snacks to warm at the bonfire, bonfire coffee or tea. Juice or lemonade for the children
- Local guides with safety training
- Life wests and rain poncho
- Possibility for seat pads and blanket
