By the popular swimming lake Trytetjern in Nesbyen, you will find three nice circular mountain bike trails. This is the perfect place to play and get comfortable on your mountain bike.
The easiest trail, Trytetrøkket (easy / green grading), is suitable for all cyclists - with all types of bicycles. The surface is hard-packed gravel and the trail is gentle and predictable. Here you can safely send off the children - and your grandmother!
Next up is Blåbærtrøkket (medium / blue graded), which requires a little more pedalling, and which offers dosed berms (turns) and a small optional "drop zone". Also this one with gravel as a base. When you feel safe here, you can take your chance at the most demanding of the circular trails at Trytetjern,
Tyttebærtrøkket (demanding / red grading). Here the substrate is natural soil. The berms (turns) are larger and the trail has some small technical climbing areas where you can test your technique - and stamina.
When you're done, you can end the bike session with a refreshing dip in lake Trytetjern!
