Fiskebruket is a restaurant in the floor above Myken Distillery in the old fishery.
The restaurant Fiskebruket, formerly Bruket Bord & Bar, is now run by masterchef Stian Floer and Tuva Bohne Sætnøe. The restaurant is based on local ingredients, and with a focus on seafood. Here you also have the opportunity to taste the products produced in the whiskey distillery on the floor below.
The menu can be adapted with regard to allergies etc., but this must be notified in advance. Please let us know as soon as possible, as Myken is far from civilization and there is a limit to what you can achieve at short notice.
