Folk & Fe spreads the joy of food by preparing traditional dishes in new and exciting ways. The concept wants to take you back to the roots, cultivate the local and use the whole animal. We cater to anyone who likes simple, tasteful and rustic food prepared with love. The restaurant is based on the idea of sharing experiences over a meal. We serve game, poultry and fish on boards – preferably in the middle of the table. Unpretentious, down-to-earth and durable. In 2015, Folk & Fe became the third restaurant in Trondheim to be listed in White Guide Nordic – the Nordic region’s answer to the Michelin Guide.
