Enjoy local cuisine with an international twist!

At Trevarefabrikken we are fairly easy going and so is our food.

After living around the globe, we have taken some of our most beloved food items with us to the north and given them a little makeover to fit in with our preferences and assure that quality always is high.

Our in-house pizzeria has a wood fired hand built stone oven (with old brick from the factory chimney) and together with our Italian pizzaiolo we make sure to serve the best pizzas north of Oslo from May until October - with a Lofoten twist.

In the summer, from June until September, we open up our grill house and serve local fish and meat burgers on our outdoor terrace, Steinbruddet, next to the ocean and the spectacular views of the Vestfjord and the Lofoten mountains.

During Christmas time - from November until mid-December - we also serve our traditional Norwegian Christmas Dinners - called Julebord.

In our café we serve locally roasted coffee, homemade pastries and sandwiches with a focus on local produce and vegan and vegetarian options. We also have a wide selection of teas and matcha.

Our main bar, Hermetikken, is where both locals and tourists meet for a beer or two, dinner or social events. Our beer staple is our own Trevareøl - an unfiltered blond ale made especially for us by the local microbrewery Lofotpils. We also have a wider selection of premium beers by the bottle and spirits from all over the globe.

In terms of wine, we proud ourselves in having one of the most variated and interesting wine lists in all of Nordland, with both classic and more untraditional bottles from Europe, South-Africa and the US - specially curated by our in-house sommelier.
