Food Tour with the paddle Steamer Skibladner - Group suggestion

Join us on a culinary adventure across Mjøsa! Skibladner will take us from Hamar to Totenvika, which is our very own vegetable paradise, and we will be accompanied by a guide for the entire trip.

•Skibladner from Hamar to Evjua in Totenvika
As we travel to Totenvika, we get to sample Skibladner’s prosecco and local strawberries.

•  Lunch is served at restaurant Viken ll where we meet enthusiastic hosts committed to the use of local ingredients. Our delicious lunch is based on produce from Totenvika and the Mjøsa region.

• After lunch, we walk to Reinsby Gård where we meet Audhild who will show us around her lush kitchen garden, which is based on regenerative principles.

•  We then take a stroll to the old distillery at Hjell. At our table by edge of Mjøsa, Kamilla serves her signature Key Lime Pai and coffee as we learn the exciting history of Hjell Brenneri. There is enough time for a swim in Mjøsa before we return to Evjua and the Skibladner quay.

•  Skibladner back to Hamar
On our journey back to Hamar, we are served Skibladner’s traditional salmon followed by strawberries in the restaurant 1. plads madsalong.
