Frich’s Hotel Surnadal is currently in an exciting development phase. The restaurant, kitchen, lobby, meeting facilities and shared areas are undergoing a comprehensive upgrade and will reopen in March/April 2026.

The aim is to create a warm, modern and flexible meeting place for locals, businesses and visiting guests – where good food, welcoming surroundings and personal hospitality come together naturally.

The hotel offers 70 rooms with comfortable beds and everything you need for a pleasant stay, whether you are travelling for business or leisure. Frich’s Hotel Surnadal provides well-equipped facilities for courses, meetings, conferences and events, suitable for both small groups and medium-sized gatherings.

With close access to Trollheimen, the fjord and an active local community, the hotel is an ideal base for experiences on Nordmøre.
