From Tromsø: RIB-boat Whale Watching in Magic Skjervøy

  • An orca swims close to the boat during a whale watching tour.

Every year Orcas and Humpback whales arrive in Skjervøy (4 hrs drive from Tromsø) end October, and stay until early February!

This tour is conducted by Green Gold of Norway.

We pick you up 05:20(AM) at the Prostnestet Bus Terminal in Tromsø (ground floor BEHIND Magic Ice bar), we drive you to Skjervøy, give you warm flotation suits, and take you on a once in a life time whale watching experience by Rib-boat! Then we give you sandwiches, tea and coffee, and start the panoramic drive (back in Tromsø 17:30).

Meeting place: Prostnestet Bus Terminal in Tromsø (ground floor BEHIND Magic Ice bar). Please go directly inside the big red bus from Tromsø Safari and doubble check with driver. The adress is Samuel Arnesens gate 5, 9008 Tromsø, Norge.

Minimum age to participate: 14 years

Included: Round trip Tromsø-Skjervøy-Tromsø, RIB-Boat whale watching excursion, English speaking skipper/guide, warm flotation suits, boots, mittens, sandwiches, tea and coffee.

Please bring: warm/winter clothes

Number of participants: Min. 1 – max. 12 per RIB-boat.
