Furuholmen

Furuholmen has several options for accommodation. The newly renovated barn with exciting "Compact Living modules", Formannshuset or Tømmerhytta from 1943. Here at Glomma, close to the water and the forest, you can relax in quiet surroundings.

Hyttelåven - is a cabin concept where the barn has been filled with 5 "Compact Living" modules. The cabin modules stand on wheels/tracks which make them completely unique and can be pushed partially out of the barn, or into the barn. The common areas inside the barn are exciting and different. The five cabins all have their own bathroom and kitchen outside and a tiny kitchen inside. The cabins accommodate up to 5 guests.

Formannshuset - now you can also rent Formannshuset for a weekend or a whole week. The accommodation has 8 beds, a large living room, a large terrace, a kitchen and bathroom. There is parking right next to the house. Direct access to the water. It´s perfect for a fishing trip, holiday, work trip, girl's trip or boy's trip. 

Tømmerhytta - a traditional and tranquil log cabin in the forest, with fantastic views. There is a lovely view over Glomma and Furuholmen. The cabin has a fireplace and stove, sofa bed, electricity, water in a container and an outdoor toilet. The cabin was built in 1943 and is comfortably furnished and has been upgraded with a kitchen. Boats with outboard motors can be rented and used from the pier.
