We all deserve to "escape" from everyday chaos once in a while! Do you have a busy everyday life? Haven't you had time off for a while? This event is for all you amazing women out there who want to exercise, eat, laugh and ENJOY. If you need a break from everyday life with family or a lot of work - then this event is for you! Together with Norway's biggest fitness magazine Shape Up and Fyri resort, you will get inspiring, energetic and motivating instructors with a careful selection of classes that guarantee that you will sweat, but also that you will be left with a good feeling and lots of surplus in the bank with yoga and other classes with lowered pulse.

Friday evening we all gather for an aperitif, mingling, welcome speech and two-course dinner. On Saturday evening, the evening is rounded off with a festive three-course dinner and stand-up. Welcome!
