Restaurant Liv – Mediterranean flavours in Hemsedal

A Mediterranean-inspired menu

At Restaurant Liv, we take you on a culinary journey around the Mediterranean, with inspiration especially from Italy and Spain.

Flavours of basil, rosemary and sun-ripened tomatoes
The aroma of fine olive oil
Familiar yet surprising dishes we love to eat ourselves

Vegetables are always seasonal, and we use local produce whenever possible.

Atmosphere & views

Open from late afternoon until evening
Stunning views over the Hemsedal mountains
A lively vibe – just as the name suggests

When the weather allows, the terrace at Bar Liv opens up. Here you can enjoy the panoramic views with one of our many gin & tonics, a refreshing spritz or other cocktails.
