Glacier and ice cave adventure on snowmobile - Snowfox Travel

Join our adventure through the magnificent nature of Svalbard. Through the stunning valleys, past glaciers and wildlife, go where adventure awaits. This experience is there to create some unbeatable memories!

Our adventure starts at 08:30 (am), when we will pick you up from your accommodation.
After a safety briefing and changing into the right clothes, we will start our snowmobile experience.
Our professional guide has made a route, based on the conditions, forecast and safety aspects. Our journey will go through massive valleys, over glaciers and through amazing nature. We will go there where nature will bring us. The magical East coast, Tempelfjorden, Grønfjorden, or maybe to Svea today?

Along the way we will stop to visit a beautiful ice cave. Here, a new and beautiful icy world will appear to us!
Enjoy the absolute silence and be amazed by the thousands of years worth of layered ice around us.
A warm lunch and drinks during one of our breaks to get you back in the saddle is included.

What to bring
- Warm clothing to wear under your snowmobile suit, a pair of thin mittens/mitts to wear under large mittens.
- If you can, choose woolen materials closest to your body.

Important to know
This trip is dependent on weather and ice conditions. You are not allowed to drive without being able to present a valid driver's license which is valid in Svalbard – your tour will not be refunded if you fail to do so.

If you are under the influence of alcohol or other drugs, you will not be allowed to join and will not receive any refund. If we need to adjust our planned route due to safety reasons, we hold the right to do so. Your safety is our main concern. There is no reimbursement if we need to.

Our experiences require a minimum of 3 participants.

Pickup: at your accommodation around 09:00 hrs. and just wait if we are not there on time.
We pick up everyone at the same time, so we could be some minutes later.

Cancellations
If you need to adjust your booking, let us know. If available, we gladly guide you on another day of your preference. However, if you need to cancel, please notify us in writing.

Cancellation reimbursement:
- 22 days or more prior to departure: 95%
- 21-8 days prior to departure: 50%
- 7 or less days prior to departure: 0%.

Refunds
We are not able to offer a refund due to route changes, sickness, cancelled or delayed flights or any other circumstance outside our control. We recommend you have a valid travel insurance.

Age limits
Minimum age 10 years. All under 18 need to be accompanied by an adult.
