The idea behind Grillhuset is that we should always have something locally produced food in every dish that we serve. We use danish craftsmanship and french techniques. Our love to Røros and the delightful products from this region should always be prominent. The combination between the best local products and danish craftsmanship is what makes our customers come back time after time.
We use locally produced ingredients as much as we are able to. At Grillhuset you can be assured that we only serve you food of high quality, produced by local farmers.
The Røros region has many small and big producers of every kind of food. It is with great pride we can present our guests a unique experience from our amazing region.
