Join us for a guided canoe trip where you paddle your own canoe in an amazing nature in the Norwegian wilderness.
The meeting point is at Lapphaugen turiststasjon, about 45 min north of Narvik. There will be a short transportation in car before we go down to the riverbank and put on lifejackets and get introduced to the canoes. There is room for 2 or 3 persons in each canoe.
We paddle up Stormyrelva that meanders inland Troms county's biggest wetland. Are you quiet, the only sounds will be birdsong and the sounds from our paddling. If we are lucky we can see the elk that are down to quench their thirst. It will be water stops along the way. Throughout the trip, there will be good opportunity to take pictures. We paddle for a short distance before we go ashore and gather around a shelter where we light bonfires and have something to eat. After the break, it's back to the canoes and we paddle back to the starting point.
