Økstrafjorden is a sheltered, beautiful fjord with little wind and great conditions for kayaking. Join Fjord Expedition on a guided tour.

The trip with Fjord Expedition starts on the beach at Foreneset, to the left down to the road towards Økstrafjordvegen 36.

Økstrafjorden is the hidden treasure in Suldal. Here you paddle among islets, reefs, narrow straits and forests. You are truly one with nature! The fjord has several historical places that you explore on the trip. The fjord has a rich bird life and you may meet the sea eagle. The guide will tell stories from the fjord and the places when he teaches you basic paddling techniques.

The trip lasts for 5 hours. You stop approx. 1 hour where you can enjoy lunch. You will be served lunch which consists of sandwiches with salmon, scrambled eggs and local apple juice.
