No prior kayaking experience is needed – the professional guides will provide all the necessary training and ensure your safety throughout the tour.
Age limit:
We require all particpants to be strong and capable swimmers. Children under 12 years old are not eligible to join the tour. Children 12 - 15 years old must be in a tandem kayak with a parent.

Meeting point:
We meet at the pier in Tyssedal in front of the museum "Kraftmuseet". You will see the kayaks and easily recognize one of the guides from Trolltunga Adventures, who will greet you with equipment and a wetsuit. They will go through safety information, give instructions, and train you in kayak use before you head off on your adventure!
How to get to Tyssedal from Bergen:
By car:
The distance from Bergen to Tyssedal is approximately 140 kilometers, and the trip takes around three hours by car. Free parking by the harbour.
By public transport:
There are several alternative routes from Bergen to Tyssedal. For example, you can take the train to Voss and continue by bus to Tyssedal, or take a bus all the way from Bergen. You can also take a boat to Rosendal and continue by bus to Tyssedal. Route options and schedules can be found at Skyss.no. Travel time varies from about 3,5 to 4 hours.
