Bring additional clothes, you are hiking the high mountains.
This hike takes you up to the high mountains, and snow will still be present at some locations on the route. Incredible views and great valley landscapes with the many lakes on the path to Hallet Grøne (green valley). You will pass small water falls, green valleys, glaciers and maybe even a mountain grouse on your tour.
Some pathways and old stairs seen on the route, work carried out by the habitants of Røldal working at the Sands lake with lake construction and later working as watchmen on the lake.
