This luxurious restaurant in the Bergo Hotel can only seat ten guests, and you sit at a long table and are served by the kitchen there.
Erling and Øyvind's skilled hands through 30 years of culinary art create unique taste experiences for gourmets, wine connoisseurs and supporters of regional cuisine and alpine culture.
Here you enter our kitchen as guests. In the kitchen, it is Erling and Øyvind who decide, and they choose from the best ingredients that Valdres can offer. Heilt Heimatt is stylish and simple, and the focus here is on the raw materials, directly from the stove to your plate. The kitchen works a lot with fermentation, pickling and many other preservation methods. All paired with carefully selected high quality wine.

You can expect new wine and food pairings every weekend. Ten wines are poured during the meal at Heilt Heimatt. These wines are personally selected by Øyvind and Erling based on their experiences and expertise, and are served together with a good story about the wine's origins. We give you variations of wine pairings throughout the year and will advertise it online, so you can book an evening that matches your own wine preferences.
