Herøy Coastal Museum
The Coastal Museum is the old trading town from the 19th century, with various buildings, interiors, fishing cabinets and boats.
The museum is an important communicator of the island's history, and in the summer we offer guided tours. Sunnmørsjekta "Anna Olava" complements the idyllic trading town, and has its home port there. The yacht is a reconstruction made on the basis of finds from an old yacht found on Håkonsholmen in Ulstein.
Guided tours for groups outside opening hours can be arranged separately.
