Challenging hike. Few places have such a wide view as Englafjell.

ParkingBy the old school in the town center. Large parking lot with an information board for Uskedalen. Follow highway 48 by the bridge that crosses the Eikelva river, towards Husnes. Follow Eikevegen road up through some sharp turns, and turn left by the sign.

Recommended adviceThe last part with markings to Englafjell is a steep scree with some loose rocks. Be cautious, both for your own and your partners' sake. See also route description for the alternative route "Englafjell from Fet" which opens for a nice round trip.
OverviewFollow the markings through Eikedalen to Flåtene. Go further up towards Eikedalsskardet to Jordsvatn Lake at 777m AMSL. Here the path divides and you can go to Manen at 1014m AMSL. The last part of the markings to Englafjell is in a steep scree with some loose rocks. Few places have such a wide view as Englafjell.
