The bus stop at highway 48, approx. 150 meters north of the gas station, towards Rosendal.

You can walk along the west side of Mannsvatnet Lake to the Fjelly cabin, and further to the idyllic Vatnastølen with its two restored mountain farm houses. An alternative return could be the marked route down to Upper Haugland, see map.

Gravel road up through the subdivision to a path up the hill via Ådnaklett and Storhaug. Light walk from Storhaug to Mannsvatnet. Notice the characteristic moraine ridges.
