Start and stopping point The parking lot at Berhaug, to the left of the main road to Melkevik. Parking Drive past the traffic roundabout at Tofte and turn towards Høylandsbygd. Follow the main road past Høylandsbygd towards Melkevik. Approx. 200 meters after the intersection to Hauge school, turn left by the Radiohola parking sign and park in the parking lot. NOTE: Please park in such a way that the road can be accessed by tractor. Marking Information Board by the parking lot. Signs and T Markings Grading Blue Moderate hike, two boots according to the DNT system. Difference in altitude 20 – 291m AMSL to Ramnakulten Estimated time 2 hours round trip, Ramnakulten 3 hours for the round trip via Jamburfjell. Recommended advice There are some wet and soft areas, use mountain boots or rubber boots. There are several culture attractions on the way; take your time. The round trip via Jamburfjell is recommended, see under "Overview". Overview Cross the main road from the parking lot and follow the signs towards Radiohola. Turn left under the power line approx. 200 meters before Radiohola. Where the path forks towards Jamburfjell, turn left and go 500 meters south to Ramnakulten. If you wish to extend the trip and make it into a round trip, you can go back from Ramnakulten for approx. 500 meters to the fork and then approx. 500 meters to Jamburfjell.
