Parking Follow "fylkesvegen" road north for 2 km from Løfallstrand to the parking lot where the forest road begins. Marking Information Board by the starting point. Quality gravel road with no markings, but there are some signs. Stay right to follow the main road when it divides about halfway up. Grading Blue Easy hike, one boot according to the DNT system. Difference in altitude 30 - 600m AMSL Estimated Time 3 hours round trip Recommended advice There are rest areas and viewing areas along the route. It is easy to get to the pass between Melsdalen/Rosendal, where you enter the T marked grid. See Rosendal Turgruppe's route map and use your imagination to create interesting hikes. Overview Three km of quality gravel road (toll road) with some steep parts. Stay right at the intersection. From the end of the road, continue on the path for 400 meters to the Strandasetra mountain farm. There is a beautiful view in both directions of the Hardanger Fjord.
