Hiking trip to Skulen on Flemsøy

Skulen is the highest point on Flemsøy/Skuløy. You walk up by Kvernhuselsa and follow the tracks to the top of the river, where you will find a mailbox. From there the path is marked by signposts. We recommend following the direction to Stølshaugane. It's a good track, but in a marshy terrain that can be a bit wet. There's another mailbox at Stølshaugane, with another signpost towards Skulen. Just follow the track from there to the summit, where you find a small shelter with maps describing the surronding views.

The trail starts close by Coop Prix, a local grocery store. Her you will also find toilet facilities (accessible from 9-20 every day).
