Guided hikes in a dramatic and beautiful coastal landscape. Walks with storytelling to the ancient Selje Monastery and along the infamous Stadt ocean to the abandoned farm Ytre Fure, as far west as you can possibly go on mainland Norway.
Stadt Nature Guiding offers guided walks in one of the most protected cultural landscapes in Norway. You will hear the stories, enjoy the slow life and the special nature. And stay overnight at Selje Hotel/Selje Spa Thalasso.
Trip to St. Sunniva's island Selja and visit the ancient Selje Monastery (2 hrs.).
Boat from Selje to Bø, and from here we walk across the mountains, past Sunnivahellaren and down to the monastery. Experience nature, the exciting story, and feel the magic of the atmosphere on the island. Return on the north side of the island, where we'll find many historical points of interest. Surcharge for boat transport.
Pleasure in the preserved cultural landscape of Stadt 3 hrs.
The walk starts in the idyllic farm yard in Inner Fure, and we follow the trail along the beach to two abandoned farms on the Outer Fure, located spectacularly right at the ocean. You get the stories of those who lived here, enjoy the silence and the waves, and maybe we'll see an eagle majestically sail across the sky.
The trips hosted adapted to each individual group. Alternative routes can be chosen.
