Hjertebladhagen

Hjertebladhagen, situated in a rural area in Skifjord in Hyllestad, is a garden and home decor shop that’s quite out of the ordinary. Since Hjertebladhagen is just as much an experience as it is a shop, people of all ages come to visit, whether they're interested in gardening or not.

It’s peaceful and quiet, with just the sounds of the rich bird and insect life, occasionally accompanied by the sound of a boat heading out to sea. Merete's two dogs and cats are very fond of people and are popular with visitors. Hjertebladhagen is just a lovely place to while away the hours.

There is a wide assortment of goods for sale in the different garden areas and buildings, such as flowers, perennials, ornamental plants, berry bushes, fruit trees, pots, garden accessories and decor. There’s also a great selection of enticing goods for your house and garden in the charming basement shop.

When the weather is nice, there’s an outdoor garden cafe that’s open during the summer season. Various courses are held here throughout the year, on gardening, growing organic food, and health/well-being. Out-of-hours visits for individuals and groups can be arranged.
