Fresvik Farm - The perfect holiday home to enjoy complete peace and quiet in Fresvik!

The Garden

If you rent the holiday home, you'll have access to the garden, with space for play and games as well as fruit trees and berry bushes. If something is ripe during your visit, you can pick it and have the raw material for delicious desserts, or enjoy it directly from the tree.

Room for friends

In our holiday home you'll find 5 bedrooms and a total of 10 beds. The dining table can be adjusted to seat between 8 and 12, and there are two bathrooms. Bring your family or group of friends.

Production of sea buckthorn

Our agricultural production is unique in a Norwegian context; we grow sea buckthorn, a gourmet berry with high value both for its flavour and its health-promoting properties.

Hiking-friendly

If you want to be active, this is also a unique starting point for hikes of all levels of difficulty, from strolls on small roads to steep mountain hikes or trips on the fjord.

The small roads in the village are safe and pleasant hiking routes, and in Storedalen and Fresvikåsen you'll find marked hiking trails for both easy and more demanding hikes. Both forest walks and mountain hikes in the local area can offer you fantastic views. Follow our simple tips for nice walks on your own in Fresvik, or use our offer of guided tours for those who want to learn about the landscape, cultural history and natural values of the area.

In summer you can stroll down to ‘Strondi’ and swim or we can offer you a boat trip.

In the autumn, the slopes are full of colour and deer hunting is the highlight, and in the winter the mountains beckon; we can offer you the most beautiful hikes on safe trails.

UNESCO World Heritage Site

The Nærøyfjord area, idyllically located along the Sognefjord at the entrance to the Aurlandsfjord and Nærøyfjord. The village is surrounded by steep mountain slopes, with the majestic Nonhaugen in the south, while the landscape opens up into a wide view of the Sognefjord in the north.
