Hyggen farm is located in the small fjord village Hyggen in Asker municipality just 40 minutes outside Oslo. The farm with its 15,000 apple trees is sheltered on the sunny slope down to the Drammensfjord. The particularly favorable climatic conditions in Hyggen mean that we can produce apples and apple juice with a richness of taste and a unique combination of sweetness, acidity and bitterness. In all modesty, we say that we produce world-class local apple juice. Our apple juice is made exclusively from apples from our own apple production and made only from the best apples.
