A real Arctic adventure in the Lyngen Alps: Complete with ice drill, fishing roads and lures, you venture onto the frozen lake and try and catch a fish or two, including the elusive Arctic char. Hot drinks and food around the campfire add to the feeling of being in the wilderness.
Ice fishing is a popular activity in Norway, and is a great way to try your fishing luck. It's exciting to see what is on the hook. Your heart rate increases everytime the fish bites. Equipped with ice drill, fishing rods and lures, we go out on frozen lakes that contain a variety of fish including arctic char. When the fish are biting you won’t have to worry about keeping it fresh! It can become part of your lunch that day. Hot drinks and food around a campfire create a true "wilderness feeling". We supply all the necessary equipment including thermal suits and boots and wish you "dirt fishing", as they say in Norway.
