Il Forno means «The oven». At Il Forno the pizza is baked in a unique stone oven from Italy. In addition to pizza, Il Forno Haugesund has a large pasta menu.
Il Forno imports most of its ingredients directly from Italy, so you can enjoy the original taste. For example, you only get real mozzarella cheese on the pizza, and all Il Forno sauces are self-produced according to traditional recipes.
