Invisible0 (UsynligO)

UsynligO is a free app that makes O-trails available all year round, without the need for screens in the forest. The app follows the GPS and makes a sound when the runner has found the post. You can read more about UsynligO in Indre Østfold here Download the app and create a user account Print out the map of the trail you want to run Get to the starting triangle. There you open the app, then you open the trail Then you are ready to start! Check that you have turned on the sound on your phone. When you have pressed start, the sound of the starting clock will sound and all you have to do is run away. When you arrive at the post office, you hear a "fanfare". Keep running until you reach the finish line.
