ISAK Bakery

ISAK is a hub in the Cultural Quarter, where the library is a meeting place for all visitors. They serve a variety of breads baked with ancient grains from Gullimunn, as well as world-class tea. With the help of Gravraak Tea-atelier, and Norway's only Master Tea Blender, carefully selected tea of the best quality is served mixed with local plants.

Freshly baked bread and packed lunches are also sold through the take away “bread-window” in Kjøpmannsgata before the café opens.
