Jørem – adventures at the river Namsen

Jørem offers Atlantic salmon fishing on the famous river Namsen, with both self serviced accommondation and meal services. At Jørem you can also do activities as hunting, down hill- and cross country skiing, hiking  and mountain biking.

You will find peace and comfort in a traditional, restored and cosy house, which is part of a working farm, situated only 800 metres from the river Namsen, and within a short distance of forest paths and to the surrounding mountains.
The house has 5 bedrooms with 10 beds in total, one modern bathroom, separate toilet and a large living room filled with atmosphere and history. There is broadband TV and wireless internet in the house.

All the meals are cooked from scratch, with local raw materials, and in a small bake house with a wood-fired oven, it is baked pizza and bread.

Jørem is situated near the small town Grong in the middle of Norway; 40 kilometres east from Namsos, which is the nearest city with a small airport, and 170 kilometers north of Trondheim airport.
