Jenafjell in Lysebotn - hike
From the top of Jenafjell in Lysebotn in Ryfylke can you enjoy the view over Lysefjorden from a different angle than people usually do.
The hike starts from Lysefjorden Turisthytte in Lysebotn, at the end of the Lysefjord. At first you walk about 3,5 km on a paved road until you reach the marked trail to Jenafjell, close to the farm Tangen. Follow the trail towards Grautheller, and after a while, follow another trail south to Jenafjell. It is a steep trail up, and from the summit you have great view of the Lysefjord, the Kjerag massif and the 27 hairpin turns along the spectacular road from Lysebotn to Øygardstølen.
