Jossa serves rustic fare combining traditional and modern techniques. Jossa was an adventurer, and the food we serve is inspired by Jossa’s travels around the globe so the menu varies from week to week and month to month. The flavours come from beyond the Nordic region, but the fresh produce comes from local producers.
The bistro Jossa is the informal and rustic alternative of Restaurant Credo. You can pop in after work and eat the meat or fish dish of the day or choose from our three, four or five-course bistro menu.
If you would prefer a lighter meal, we have a selection of cured meats, cheese and other snacks that vary from week to week. Visiting to enjoy your favourite drink is also an option.
