A lovely little hike that allows you to discover a bit more of Lysebotn in under an hour.
Lyse Chapel is occasionally open during the summer months. From the chapel, you can continue on the road for about 100 meters, and then take the marked and well-prepared trail over the Klattane mountain ridge to Lyse Gard/Hauane B&B. To turn this into a circular hike, you can easily follow the paved road in beautiful surroundings back to Lysefjorden Tourist Lodge (2km).
