The house was built in 1863 and restored for the opening of the park in 2013.
The kitchen at Karlsborg mixes the traditional with the modern, and serves dishes with roots in Norwegian and continental European cuisine.
The café serves baked goods, hot and cold drinks and food that you can take with you into the park.
The private dining facilities at Karlsborg are suited for all types of dinners and banquets. The room upstairs has space for 30 guests, and downstairs can seat 65.
