The restaurant offers cozy and distinctive premises, with decor inspired by Hadeland's exciting history. The restaurant offers a 3- or 4-course menu and uses local producers and short-traveled food.
Opening hours and booking (September - March)
Our opening hours are from 17:00-24:00, weekend. We run two table settings, one at 17:00-19:30 and one from 20:00, see detailed opening times We also wish to pre-order the menu, no later than 1 week before arrival. There are constant changes to bookings, so if the date you want is fully booked now, please put yourself on the waiting list. All guests are welcome to the Flygelsaloon at Sanner, before and/or after dinner in the Klosterkelleren.

Sanner Hotel is a historic hotel with modern comfort. Sanner Hotell is located in magnificent surroundings at Granavollen in Hadeland. Here, almost 90 years of history and traditions are combined with modern comfort, creating a very special atmosphere for our guests. The hotel is located in scenic surroundings on Granavollen, which has been a historical hub in Norway for over a thousand years.
