Koppang Camping & Cabins is situated in the province of Hedmark about 230 kilometer from Oslo, along provincial road 30 and about 1 kilometer from Highway 3, which runs from Hamar to Elverum into the direction of Rena/Tynset. Provincial Road 30 runs North through the centre of Koppang to Tynset and Røros an literally bridges Norway's longest river, the Glomma.
Koppang Camping is located directly along the Glomma, which offers various recreational possibilities. Canoeing, fishing and swimming are among the favourites. The river Glomma is known for being a flyfisher's paradise. The quaint town of Koppang is situated 2,5 kilometers from the campsite and can easily be reached by foot, bike, or car. Koppang offers a wide variety of stores and facilities. At our campsite we offer elk and beaver safaris, Canoe and bicycle rental, GPS hiking, guiding services for fishermen etc. Welcome at Koppang Camping!
