Krossbu Mountain Lodge is a private tourist lodge, dating back to 1901. It lies with majestic surroundings on route 55 - the Sognefjell road - Norway's highest mountain pass.

You find more than twenty 2000 meter peaks in the area close by. Smørstabbreen, the largest glacier in Jotunheimen, is within walking distance from Krossbu. Possibilities for all kinds of mountain activities throughout the year.
The lodge has 95 beds in the main building and annex, a large diningroom and pleasant lounges. Every morning we serve a solid Norwegian breakfast, and you are invited to make a package of sandwiches for the day`s trip. You may have your thermos bottle filled. In the cafeteria we offer warm dishes, coffee, tea etc. Three course dinner in common in the afternoon; fully licensed.
