Kveik have three food concepts: Dish of the day which changes day by day, small dishes and pub dishes in the brewpub, and a la carte in the restaurant.
Food craft is in focus – beer tasting accompanied by small dishes as a part of the food experience and beer packages matched with the a la carte menu.
The craft brewery is part of the brewpub. We have the largest selection of beer in Trysil on tap. In addition to our local beer from Trysil Bryggeri we have at least 20-30 types of craft beer in the brewpub.
