Lake Solsævatnet - An easy walk along a mountain-lake

From route 572 by Solsævegen road or Tjørnåni (halfway to the lake, see map).



About the trail

A tranquil walk along the grand Solsæ lake. Sturdy mountain boots are not necessary for this trail; the hike follows a level gravel road from start to end. This makes the hike suitable for hikes by both foot and bike, and is also accomodating to strollers and families. Enjoy the closeness to the wilderness. Always make sure to leave the gates as you found them - open or closed.
