Landsbytråkk cycle route – Flubergrunden
The route starts at Dokka station.
Follow the pedestrian/bike path along road Rv 33. At the end of the path follow the road Gamlevegen towards Odnes.
When you arrive at Bjørnen join road Rv 33 for a short while until you cross the bridge.
Soon after crossing the bridge, turn right onto the gravel road.
Follow this road to the Sedalsveien road and continue southeast at Kirkebakka.
Here you will join road Rv 34. Continue until you see the sign to Fluberg bridge.
Turn right, cross the bridge and join road 245.
Follow this road northwest towards Dokka.
After 7 km you will arrive in Våten, where you will find Pålebrygga.
Here you can both bathe and watch birds. Pålebrygga is a wooden structure built by Dokkadeltaet Nasjonale Våtmarkssenter. The architecture is inspired by the log floating operations that used to take place in the waterways connected to Randsfjorden.
The Dokka delta is a nature reserve and a protected area. The waterways as well as the beaches, islands and banks are protected. There is a great variety of bird species in the area.
The route now continues on to Dokka, past numerous natural gems and stunning views of the delta and the lake.
On the final leg of the journey you will cross the bridge Kolbjørnshusbrua, then cross road Rv 33 and return to Dokka station.
