Farmhouse apartment

In 2022 we carried out an extensive renovation of the west end of Trønderlåna, which now serves as a separate apartment for our visitors. The apartment can accommodate 5 guests and contains a newly renovated kitchen, bathroom and living room. Situated right on the road to the national park, it is an ideal location for outdoor activities and relaxation in harmony with nature. The apartment is conveniently located for activities in the centre of Snåsa. You can visit a café or the Saemien Sijte museum. The town centre and shops are only 20 minutes away by car.

Fishing cabin for rent

Enjoy a unique experience by renting our charming cabin by the picturesque lake Sjysjøen. The old cottage has been newly renovated and moved to this idyllic location, perfect for fishing enthusiasts.

The cabin is located 1 km from the nearest road, giving you the opportunity to live at one with nature. With 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, the cabin is spacious enough for a family or small group. Gas stoves offer easy cooking while the neighbouring wildlife provides fresh air and tranquillity.

Experience true outdoor living with an outhouse and enjoy the quiet and beauty that surrounds you. The cosy cabin gives you an authentic sense of seclusion while providing the comfort you need. At nearby Sjysjøen you can also rent a boat and explore the fishing options with hand lines, otters and nets.

Småbruket Furset

Småbruket Furset, beautifully located at the gateway to Lurrudalen and along the road to Gressåmoen Fjellgård and the majestic wilderness of Blåfjella/Skjækra National Park, offers a unique experience of rural charm.

The main building, with 140 square metres over two floors and four bedrooms, can accommodate up to six people. The authentic atmosphere is maintained by the combination of modern conveniences such as electricity, a fully equipped kitchen with stove and fridge, an outdoor toilet, a charming cabin shower in the barn and fibre/wifi. Even without running water, Furset retains its genuine charm and feels like living in your grandmother's parlour.

This small farm dates back to the 1930's. It is an ideal base for an active holiday. Lake Sysjøen is only 1 km away. You can rent boats for boat trips and fishing adventures. The area is perfect for cycling, hiking and other outdoor activities.

The nearest shop is about 12 km away, and Trondheim is about 200 km away. Småbruket Furset is available for those who wish to experience the tranquil atmosphere and beauty of the Trøndelag countryside.
