About Lasse Liten Restaurant
Lasse Litens philosophy has since the very beginning been to run a modern, small and personal restaurant that will make you full and satisfied.
Our adventure began in the late 90s when two Swedish friends, Lasse Anttila and Carin Ramsberg, settled down in Gjøvik and missed the unique experience that they called a “kvarterskrog” in Swedish. Thus they took responsibility and gave birth to Lasse Liten in 1998. Even though Lasse is no longer among us, his vision and tradition still lives on. We keep making magic from the raw ingredients and strives to give you memorable experiences through a passion for food and pride in the art of cooking.
About the food
Lasse Litens menu changes alongside the seasons in order to always focus on seasonal produce and complimentary elements, cooked and presented to the best of our abilities. We enjoy ourselves when we see that our guests enjoy themselves. This keeps us going and we will keep working to ensure you a good time and an even better meal.
Where to find Lasse Liten
Over the course of the years we have gradually grown to be the natural choice no matter the occasion. In addition to our a la carte-restaurant Lasse Liten Kitchen & Bar in downtown Gjøvik, we also run Lasse Liten Café & Deli at the shopping centre CC Gjøvik.
Don’t forget that we also provide all kinds of catering for both small- and large-scale events, no matter if it’s private or professional. If you are not sure what to choose, our chefs will gladly give their personal recommendations.
