Smoked meat and fish in the traditional Namdalen way

Our farm has been smoking meat and fish since the 1800s, and still the old production methods are in use. We make quality products from small and big game,  moose and reindeer in particular. We also have several products made from fish. Our producs can be bought in our farm shop, at local markets or in some grocery stores.
