Buffet dinners are a long-standing tradition in the Sognefjord region. The buffet includes hot and cold dishes. The cold dishes consist of different varieties of fish, ranging from traditional smoked salmon and marinated cured salmon (gravlax) to marinated cured redfish and shark. We serve approx. 10-15 different cold fish dishes. The buffet also includes meat dishes, salads and bread
Dessert is a very important part of the buffet – home-made cakes and puddings, fruit, cheese and biscuits. The buffet also includes a selection of hot meals, 2-3 meat dishes and 1-2 fish dishes.
