Hakkasan's first restaurant in Scandinavia draws inspiration from Izakaya, an Asian concept where drinks are as important as the food. The Cantonese menu at Ling Ling Oslo is based on Hakkasan's signature dishes, but with Norwegian influences, local producers and ingredients. Dishes include the supreme dim sum platter with Norwegian king crab dumpling and Plaice dumpling with black truffle alongside Grilled silver cod in ginger soy. Music is an important part of the concept, and every Thursday, Friday and Saturday, local DJs enter the Hidden Lounge to set the mood for the weekend. Ling Ling also has an outdoor serving area and a rooftop bar with great views of Aker Brygge and the Oslo Fjord.
